Originating from Perth and now based in Sydney (Australia), Matt Voerman has been involved in the rich internet application (RIA) and rich media industries for over fifteen years.
Specialising primarily in Adobe Flash Platform based solutions (AIR, Flash, Flex, and Flash Media Server), Matt has focused primarily within the Financial Services, BioTech and Media sectors.
Matt has been a long-time supporter of the local (and international) rich media and web development communities, having been a User Group Manager, and Community Expert, as well as a regular speaker at industry events such as Adobe MAX, WebDU and Web on the Piste. He has also written, and contributed to, a number of books, whitepapers and articles on the Adobe Flash Platform.
His current role as a Senior Technical Consultant see’s him playing a lead role in providing a range of implementation services to a range of global customers and partners. This includes: the discovery, design, development, and testing of enterprise based solutions (that primarily leverage Adobe technologies).
